We’ve been delivering training from our approved City & Guilds training centre in Northampton for more than 30 years. Our courses promote workplace safety in a different way by preparing the specialists who will go onto train your in-house workers. During our time, we’ve supported countless clients across several industries, giving them access to the bespoke training and technical knowledge required to build a culture of compliance and a high standard of health and safety.

Construction

Our work within the construction industry is particularly renowned. We offer a number of train the trainer courses for the training of employees in the construction sector, including but not limited to Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) awareness, face fit, safe use of CAT & Genny, small plant and power tool, and work at height.

Taking a proactive approach to health and safety is vital within this sector in particular. It is a market that continuously faces challenges, with the introduction of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 setting a key precedent.

Traffic management

Our trainers support and guide workers within traffic management, including anyone responsible for overseeing vehicle movement on a work site or in a public area.

The Vehicle Marshal Train the Trainer is popular amongst delegates training traffic management operatives. This course covers all key areas, such as signs and signals regulations, hazards, pre-operation checks, communication methods, practical training, and common errors and their solutions.

Our Conflict Resolution Train the Trainer can also help those within traffic management roles undertake their duties to the highest standard.

Education

The education sector is another industry frequented by our trainers. Those new to safe working at height or looking for a refresher for employees in schools and other educational environments find our Work at Height (Ladders/Step Ladders) Train the Trainer course particularly comprehensive.

With our guidance, delegates can deliver their own courses in working safely at height with ease. Training includes information on the use of ladders and step ladders as well as the inspection, fitting and use of fall restraint harnesses.
