At the time of writing, another year is fast drawing to a close.

However, we’re not going to look back on political turmoil, Brexit or the winner of I’m A Celeb, because you’ve probably had enough of that.

Instead, here are a few key moments from 2019 that put a great big smile on the NTS team’s faces. It’s been a good one!

New courses!

We know how important it is to offer a wide variety of Train the Trainer courses for the many industries within which our trainees work.

That’s why we were delighted to add three brilliant new courses to our range:

• Manual Handling for Archaeologists (read the backstory)

We’re always considering new courses, too, so it’s worth checking our course directory regularly!

Some awesome new clients

We love all of our clients, but once in a while, a big name comes along that demonstrates how diverse and in-demand our training services are.

A blossoming team

NTS would be nothing without the brilliant team behind it, and, in 2019, we were absolutely delighted to bring Emma and Darren fully into the fold.

Some of you will know them, and some of you will undoubtedly one day meet them when you come for a Train the Trainer course but suffice to say their increased involvement with NTS has enabled us to scale new heights.

Returning visits

It’s hard to overstate the benefit of consistent health and safety training, which is why we’ve been delighted this year to witness more people returning for refresher training.

Even more encouraging is the number of delegates who have returned to undertake different courses. Clearly, the value of training expertise across a range of disciplines is being recognised, and, as a bonus, we get to say “hi” to lots of friendly faces again!

It’s important to note that NTS also supports delegates long after courses are delivered. Therefore, even if you don’t return for additional or refresher training, our team will be on hand to support you in the future if required.
