"Lisa, I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for a wonderful experience over the last 2 days. The course itself was very good and delivered by Connor, with so much knowledge. He made every body welcome, helped when we needed it and explained everything when we struggled. So I would like to thank Connor personally for all his good work. I now feel I can deliver this course, having the correct information in front of me to a better standard than before I had done the training. it will be good for the company I work for and I will be able to train our operatives to a better standard. So once again thank you I will be hoping to get on a manual handling course very soon
