"I really enjoyed this course. I have not done ‘Zoom’ style training like this before, and was concerned that I may struggle with focus (I like to be ‘doing’). I was very pleased with the interaction with the Trainer and the other course attendees.
Using question papers and practical activities (which were timed at good points during the course) as well as discussion ensured it wasn’t a passive experience. Neil was engaging and knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He was also a good listener and encouraged attendees viewpoints and experiences.

We did this online due to C-19 but this was easily adaptable and brought great advantages with group interaction at times using a shared white board.
Neil was a very clear trainer and managed the pace of the day very effectively.
