Our 2 day Conflict Resolution Train the Trainer course enables you to recognise different aspects of conflict that you may encounter and understand different methods for resolving conflicts.
There are no prerequisites to attend this training. This course is suitable for beginners, up to experienced practitioners. We incorporate all levels of experience within the training.

To enable candidates to recognise different aspects of conflict that you may encounter and understand different methods for resolving conflicts.
The attendee will receive a City & Guilds Profile of Achievement Award & National Training Services Instructor Certification valid for 3 years. After which a 1 day Refresher Course is recommended.
Our open courses are held at our training centre Unit 1, Adams House, Northampton Science Park, Kings Park Road, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN3 6LG.

You will receive everything you need to the deliver training as soon as you leave the course including the PowerPoint presentation, step by step course delivery guide, handouts, trainers manual, practical and theory assessment guidance plus free post course support from us.
Persons with the responsibility for training others. There are no prerequisites to attending this course and there is no need to worry if you have not trained before. We are here to support you no matter what level you are at as this course is designed to encompass all levels of trainer. ALL delegates must attend the full 2 days of the course.

There is a short written question paper and the trainees will be assessed throughout the course. The training involves candidate participation. On day two the candidate will carry out a practical training session on which they will be assessed. Any problems with the afore mentioned assessment criteria, please discuss this with us.
The candidate will complete a pre-course questionnaire, a mid course interview and a post-course professional discussion to fulfil the requirements of the City and Guilds Profile of Achievement criteria.
